医院应对突发公共卫生危机事件应急医疗救治体系建设

摘　　要：总结我国以往突发公共卫生事件的经验教训、特别是5.12汶川特大地震灾害的经验教训,在贯彻执行《中华人民共和国突发公共卫生事件应急条例》中。我们必须作好医院应对突发公共卫生危机事件应急医疗救治体系建设工作。在平时,医院应该对突发公共卫生危机事件有关准备工作计划和预案以及具体执行情况进行评价和评估。建立特别是包括预案监测和应急救治体系在内的应急管理体系,评价的各项指标设定是否科学规范、合法合理,应急救治设施和设备等救援物资是否符合有关规定等。The experiences and lessons in coping with public health emergency, especially in 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake emergency medical service were summarized. According to the Regulation of Public Health Emergency, hospital should build emergency medical treatment system to cope with public health emergency events. In daily administration, public health emergency plan should be monitored and evaluated. Emergency management system including emergency plan monitor and emergency treatment system should be built. The scientific and feasibilities of index system should be evaluated. Emergency facilities and materials should be reserved according to the regulation.
