摘  要:目的建立同时测定复方氯霉素醇溶液中氯霉素和水杨酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱:ZORBAXEclips XDB-C18(4.6×150 mm,5μm);紫外检测器波长:278 nm;流速:0.6 ml/min。柱温:30℃;流动相组成:甲醇-水(50∶50,V/V)。结果水杨酸和氯霉素的线性范围分别为0.01 mg/ml^0.1 mg/ml。平均回收率分别为:100.72%和99.93%。结论HPLC法可用于该制剂的含量测定和质量控制,方法简便灵敏、结果准确。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of salicylic acid and chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol alcoholic solution by hlgh performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods A ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 ×150 mm,5μm) chromatographic column was used and the column temperature was 30℃. The ultraviolet detector wavelength was set at 278 nm and the flow rate was 0.6 ml · min^-1. The mobile phase was methanol- water (50 : 50, V/V). Results The liner ranges of salicylic acid and chloramphenicol was at 0.01 mg/ml - 0.1 mg/ml and the average recoveries were 100.72% ~ 99.93% , respectively. Conclusion This HPLC method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it is suitable for the assaying and quality control for compound chloramphenicol alcoholic solution.
