疏肝理脾片预防肝纤维化的实验研究

摘　　要：用复合因素造成Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大白鼠肝纤维化这一被动性动物模型，来观察疏肝理脾片抗肝纤维化的作用。实验结果表明，疏肝理脾片预防组的大白鼠肝纤维化程度明显减轻，肝胶原蛋白含量为１９．１１±１．９５ｍｇ／ｇ肝粉，与造模阴性对照组相比，差异有显著性意义（Ｐ均＜０．０５），说明疏肝理脾片有防治肝纤维化的作用，其可能是通过保护肝细胞。The effect of the Shu Gan Li Pi Pian on anti-liver-fibrosis was observed on the animal model,the Wistar rats with liver fibrosis caused by complex factors.The results from this experiment showed that the liver fibrosis of the rats in the preventing group was marked slight,the content of liver collagen was 19.11±1.95mg/per gram of hepar siccatum.Comparing with the negative model group,there was a remarkable significance(P<0.05).It indicates that the Shu Gan Li Pi Pian has the effect on preventing liver fibrosis through the effect of anti-fibrosis that may works in the ways of protecting liver cells,decreasing the liver cells degeneration and necrosis,as well as increasing the ability of phagocyte to phagocytize the degraded collagenous fiber.
