疏肝理脾片对慢性肝炎肝纤维化患者B超影像学的影响

摘　　要：为了观察疏肝理脾片治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化的疗效．笔者通过B超观察治疗前后肝脏形态、肝脏回声情况、肝内管系走向情况、门静脉管径、脾静脉管径及脾脏厚度的变化，并与大黄虫片相对照。结果：疏肝理脾片治疗前后肝内管系走向情况积分值明显改善，门静脉管径和脾脏厚度明显缩小。其中肝内管系走向情况与门静脉管径变化差值比较，疏肝理脾片优于大黄虫片。说明疏肝理脾片有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。Shugan Lipi tablet is experiential prescription oftreating chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis. It consists ofRADIX BUPLEURI. FRUCTUS AURANTII IMMATURUS and CARAPAX TRIONYCIS, et al. Aclinical observation on it, which had an effect on resisting fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B. Using ultrasonic imaging method (B) to detect index of the runof intrahepatic blood vessel, the internal diameter ofhepatic portal vein and the thickness of spleen, theauthor appraised curative effects of fibrosis ofchronic hepatitis treated by shugan Lipi tablet, andcompared with the control group treated by Daihuang Zhechong Wan. Results: Shugan Lipi tabletimproved the run of intrahepatic blood vessel andthe internal diameter of hepatic portal vein, it's effect is better than the control group (P<0. 05 0. of ).
