超短波并针灸治疗髌上滑囊炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：为寻求髌上滑囊炎更有效的治疗方案。方法：以超短波并针灸治疗髌上滑囊炎（甲组）４０例，并与药物滑囊注射治疗（乙组）４０例作对照。结果：甲组的近期治愈显效率及治疗５次内的治愈显效率均高于乙组，差异均有显著性。远期复发率甲组为５％，乙组３２％，差异有非常显著性。结论：超短波并针灸协同治疗的近远期疗效高，复发率低。Objective:To explore a more effective treatment for suprapatellar bursitis.Methods:40 cases of suprapatellar bursitis were treated with ultrashort wave and acupuncture therapy,another 40 cases as a contrast group were only injected with prednisine and procaine in patellar bursae.Then,the effect was compared in two groups after treatment.Results:The near-excellent and cure rate of treatment group was higher than that of contrast group.The relapse of the former was also lower than the latter.There was a significant differdnce(P<0.05).Conclusion:We believe this synthetic treatment has a holistic regulation for suprapatellar bursitis patients.
