中药王不留行对血瘀模型豚鼠耳蜗功能的改善作用

摘　　要：本实验用高分子右旋醣酐造成豚鼠急性血瘀模型，观察其内耳生物电的变化，以及王不留行、丹参对该模型豚鼠耳蜗电位的改善作用。结合血液流变学指标的变化，认为王不留行在对抗高分子右旋醣酐对内耳生物电的影响及改善血液流变学指标方面具有和丹参相同的效果。The acute blood stasis syndrome model of guinea pigs were made by injecting with macromolecular dextran. The cochlear potentials (CM and N1) of the model animals were lower than that of the model animals treated with seed of cowherb semen vaccariac or salia mitiorrhiza bge. It was concluded that there were the same eHects of the two medicines on antagonizing the suppres sion of cochlear potential caused by macromolecular dextran and in improving the index of blood rheology.
