摘　　要：阐述了灾难事件给人类带来的危害,它不仅严重威胁人们的生命安全,如果不能及时适当地干预,甚至可能造成其永久的心理创伤。认为突发灾难事件后及时进行适当的心理危机干预是帮助处于危机中的个体、家庭、群体度过危机、减少创伤的有效措施,也是人道关怀的具体体现,符合我国社会转型的内在要求,也符合我国构建和谐社会的时代要求。灾后心理干预具有很强的专业性,实施过程必须遵循整体性、针对性、系统性、科学性等原则,对普通人群宜采用妥善安置、充分调动各方力量支持、宣传应对知识与技能、保持与其他救援途径的协调关系等具体办法;对重点人群宜采用陪伴与支持、情绪管理、放松训练、团体心理咨询等技术开展心理危机救助。It is clarified that disastrous events not only threaten people＇s life safety seriously but also cause permanent psychological trauma if there is no proper intervention in time. It is pointed out that timely and appropriate psychological intervention after sudden disasters is both an effective measure to help individuals, families and groups face the crisis and reduce the trauma and concrete manifestation of humane care, which is in line with our social developing requirement and the current appeal of constructing harmonious socialistic society. During the intervention, the principles of the wholeness, target, systematization and scientific should be followed. Those who are not traumatized severely should be given proper resettlement, all kinds of supports, knowledge and skills to deal with sudden disasters, and special methods of keeping harmonious relationship with other rescuing way. Those who are traumatized severely should be offered psychological assistance by accompanying and supporting, emotional coping, relaxation training, group counseling and other psychology techniques.
