葛根素注射液对去卵巢大鼠雌激素样作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根素注射液对去卵巢大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)水平的影响。方法:大鼠50只,分为葛根素高剂量组、葛根素低剂量组、倍美力组、模型组、假手术组,每组10只。除假手术组外,均摘除大鼠卵巢造成去势模型。造模后第7天,检测大鼠血清E2水平,确定造模成功后,相应予葛根素注射液、倍美力水溶液、生理盐水灌胃。各组用药后30天测血E2含量。结果:用药30天后,模型组大鼠血清E2水平明显低于其它四组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:葛根素注射液可以提高去卵巢大鼠血清E2水平,具有雌激素样作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of puerarin injection on serum estradiol in female rats with ovary removed. Methods：SD rats were divided to high-dose puerarin group, low-dose puerarin group, premarin group, control group, and sham operation group, 10 rats in each. Ovariectomized model was established in all groups except sham operation group （a successful model was identified by detecting the level of estradiol on the 7th postoperative day）. The level of estradiol was determined on the 30th day after administration of puerarin injection, premarin solution, and saline, respectively. Results： The level of estradiol was significantly lower in the control group compared to other 4 groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Puerarin injection has estrogen-like effect by increasing the serum level of estradiol in ovariectomized rats.
