摘  要:本研究旨在考察上下级沟通与工作应激源、心理及生理应激反应的关系。研究结果表明:上下级沟通的两个维度(及时告知和指导、积极表达)都与工作应激源中的角色模糊、工作不稳定及组织中的攻击行为呈显著负相关;及时告知和指导与心理、生理应激反应呈显著负相关,积极表达只与心理应激反应显著呈负相关。回归分析表明:及时告知和指导对心理、生理应激反应有显著预测力。The objective of the present study is to explore the relationship between supervisor-subordinate communication and work stressors, psychological and physical strains. The results showed that both dimensions of supervisor-subordinate communication, timely informing and directing and positive expressing, were significantly negatively correlated with role ambiguity, job insecurity and aggressive behavior. Timely informing and directing was significantly negatively correlated with both psychological and physical strains, while positive expressing is only significantly negatively correlated with psychological strain. Although work stressors were stronger predictors for both strains, timely informing and directing also had significant prediction for strains.
