摘　　要：介绍了2.4×8 m钢丝绳输送带生产线的改造过程。2.4×8 m钢丝绳输送带生产线是20世纪80年代安装使用的,存在着钢丝绳锭子盘无摩擦阻尼,处于自由松卷状态;钢丝绳初张力不均;主机的推模器技术性能差,且不能微调;热板的上下横梁受热,产生梯度热变形;拉带机牵引力不足等5个方面的问题。通过反复实验和技术改造,上述5个问题得到了解决和完善。Renovation and development of production line for 2.4 ×8 meter steel cord conveyor were introduced. The production line was installed in the 1980＇s,the outdated equipment had some problems in five aspects. The five problems have been solved by renovation ,eventually the steel cord belt production line has become a more advanced one .
