摘　　要：本文将制度视为博弈规则,探讨竞争规则变迁与产业组织演进问题。研究表明:产业竞争规则决定产业生产方式、产业竞争优势与产业组织形式,产业组织形式选择是企业适应竞争规则变迁、赢得竞争优势的演进适应系统。Institutions are the rules of the game. This thesis will discuss the evolution of industrial cluster from the competition rule change perspective. We argue that industrial competition rule are vital to industrial producing model, competitive advantage and organization forms. The industrial cluster is an evolutionary adaptive system.
