摘  要:扶余油田是一个已开发40多年的老油田,先后经历了三次大的井网调整,井距和排距减小,综合含水上升速度很快,有的区块目前含水已经达到90.5%,开发中的三大矛盾越来越突出,压裂和堵水这些常规措施由于受多种因素的影响,越来越满足不了开发的需要,油田上产和稳产难度很大。以典型井组为例,通过对动、静态资料充分分析,根据井组目前存在的问题结合油田开发调整技术的发展,实施了新的调整措施。措施效果表明,注水井调剖、油井反向调剖、封堵后重射高产液层、永久性封堵高含水高产液层等措施能够有效调整油田开发中三大矛盾。因此,对于水驱开发老油田在高含水开发阶段仅靠单一的措施不能改善开发效果,只有堵水、压裂等常规调整措施与油水井调剖等多种措施相结合,进行层内挖潜,控制层内局部强水淹和区块综合含水上升速度,才能达到稳产及减缓油田产量递减的目的。Fuyu Oilfield is an old oilfield developed for more than 40 years and has been adjusted for 3 times in well pattern on a large scale, so the distances among wells and arrays have been reduced, the rising speed of combined watercut is becoming fast; at present, for some blocks the watercut has reached 90. 5%, three kinds of big contradictions in oilfield development are more and more obvious, the conventional methods such as fracturing and water plugging can not meet the requirements of development day in and day out because of the influences of many factors, thus the difficulties of enhancing and stabilizing oil production become more and more large. Taking typical well groups as example, through complete analyses of static and dynamic data, and furthermore considering the currently existed problems and integrating the progress of oilfield development adjusting techniques, new controlling methods has been practiced. The results show that the methods such as profile control in water injectors, inverse one in oil wells, high liquid production layers ' re-perforation after plugging, permanent plugging of high watercut and liquid production layers and so on can effectively adjust and solve the three big contradictions in oilfield development. Therefore, for the development of such an old waterflooded oilfield, at high watercut stage, single stimulating method can not improve development effects, only integrating conventional stimulations (water plugging, fracturing and so on ) with oil and water wells ' profile control etc. , the above three contradictions can be relieved, inlayer potentials can be tapped , partial strong water-out can be controlled within oil layers, the rising speed of comprehensive watercut can be slowed down , and in the end the aims of stabilizing oil production and retarding the production decline can be realized.
