摘  要:对国家果树种质福州枇杷圃内不同来源地的172份枇杷种质资源进行了果实的风味、剥皮难易、果肉颜色、心皮质地、种子形状、种皮颜色、种皮开裂、种子斑点、种子基套大小、果肉化渣程度、果肉质地和汁液等12个描述性状的多样性分析,结果表明:枇杷种质的12个果实描述性状变异系数范围为28.34%-78.75%,Simpson多样性指数为0.349-0.834,果实风味、果肉质地和果肉颜色的多样性指数较高,具有丰富的多样性,种皮开裂和种子形状的多样性指数较低,多样性较差。在不同果肉类型当中,红肉类型枇杷种质的果肉化渣程度的Simpson多样性指数比白肉类型高3.2倍,而种皮开裂的Simpson指数比白肉类型低0.196,其余描述性状的Simpson指数相差不大。The fruit characteristics of 172 accession of loquat germplasm resources which came from different origin region in Fuzhou national fruit germplasm nursery were investigated in flavor of flesh,adherence of skin, color of flesh, texture of carpel, shape of seed, color of seed, dehiscence of seed,number of spots on seed surface, size of seed basic sheath, degree of flesh dregs, texture of flesh and juice of flesh. The results showed that the coefficient of variation ranged from 28.34% - 78.75%,Simpson index ranged from 0. 349 - 0. 834 ; Simpson's diversity index of the flavor of flesh, texture of flesh, color of flesh and color of seed was higher, while the dehiscence of seed and shape of seed was lower; Simpson's diversity index of the red flesh type of loquat germplasm was 3.2 times higher than that of the white flesh type on the degree of flesh dregs, while the index was lower on the dehiscence of seed. Simpson's diversity indexes of other description characteristics were not obvious difference.
