摘　　要：通过对邯钢CSP连铸机的漏钢形式及原因进行分析,提出了预防漏钢的措施。生产实践表明:合格的钢水质量、工艺设备参数的最优化、高质量的耐火材料及保护渣的采用以及严格的工艺操作是实现CSP连铸机低漏钢率的关键。The preventive measures were put forward for breatout through the analysis on the reasons and forms of the breakout in CSP caster. Production practice showed that qualified molten steel, optimization for process equipment and manipulation, adoption of high quality refractory and mold powder, and strict processes are the key to realizing low breakout rate in CSP caster.
