摘 要:针对我国农业资源利用和生态环境污染现状,以及十七大报告中建设生态文明形成较大规模循环经济的要求,分析了世界各国农机化模式及其对我国的启示,在分析了我国农机化现状和存在的问题后,以循环经济的概念为引,从资源减量化、再利用、再循环和再制造角度,提出了基于4R的农业机械化发展模式,为缓解我国资源和能源不足的现状下农机化进程相对落后的问题,有效促进我国农业机械化推广,为我国农业经济和社会经济的发展提供了有效的发展途径。According to the request of construction of ecological civilization and a large-scale recycling economy in 17th CPC National Congress report, it is necessary to realize the agricultural mechanization based on 4R in China. The status and problem existent about agricultural mechanization is introduced. It will take experience from the agricultural mechanization model of countries around the world. Based on the concept of recycling economy, the agricultural mechanization based on 4R is advanced, from the reduction, reuse, recycling and recreating point of view. The way of mitigation backward process of agricultural mechanization relatively is putted forward, under the status quo of shortage of energy and resource in China. In order to promote agricultural mechanization in China effectively, an effective approach is pro- vided to promote the development of agricultural economy and society economy.
