摘 要:仿生挤奶是机械化挤奶中一种先进的挤奶技术,具有减少乳房炎发病率,缩短挤奶时间,提高产奶量和奶质,降低人工劳动强度等优点。本文阐述了仿生挤奶的基本概念和系统基本组成,重点剖析了当前国际上最具代表性的四家现代化挤奶设备制造商在仿生挤奶技术方面的实质内涵、侧重点、控制方式、作业参数等,以期为国内相关技术与设备研发提供参考和借鉴。Bionic milking is an advanced technology for mechanized milking. It has many advantages including shortening milking time, improving milk production and quality, reducing the intensity of physieal work et al. This paper elaborates on the basic conception and component units of bionic milking, focusing on theanalysis on the bionic milking technologies from four worldwide typical modem manufacturers of milking machines. The analysis involves in some aspects including the meaning or conception, emphasis, control methods, operational parameters et al. The objective of the entire introduction is to provide some guidance and reference for domestic similar researches.
