教练员心理疲劳研究现状与展望

摘　　要：教练员是体育运动领域中的一个特殊的群体,由于其独特的生活环境和工作情况,以及复杂的社会角色而要面临巨大的社会压力,因此,不可避免地产生了心理疲劳的现象。通过对有关教练员心理疲劳研究文献的整理,从教练员心理疲劳的概念、教练员心理疲劳的表现、教练员心理疲劳的测量、教练员心理疲劳的前因性变量以及教练员心理疲劳的后果性变量等方面进行了述评,指出教练员心理疲劳的研究应该在理论指导下,进行跨文化和本土化研究,开展动态多维检测以及综合评价,并探索教练员心理疲劳的独特性。The coaches are a special group of people in the sports field. They are faced with great social pressure due to their special living environments, working condition, and complicated social roles. Through a summary of the literature of the psychological fatigue of the coaches, the concepts, the presentation, the monitoring, the dependent variance and the consequence variance, it is proposed that the researches into the coaches psychological fatigue should be done under theoretical guidance, under intercultural communicative study and local cultural study, and under multi-dimensional testing and comprehensive evaluation.
