补肾活血方对肾阴虚小鼠抗应激作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾活血方对肾阴虚小鼠抗应激作用的影响。方法:分别采用肾上腺皮质激素和甲状腺素加利血平诱发肾阴虚小鼠模型,观察补肾活血方对肾阴虚小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳、耐低温和耐高温的影响。结果:补肾活血方明显延长肾阴虚小鼠耐缺氧和游泳时间,可使肾阴虚小鼠在低温和高温环境下存活时间延长。结论:补肾活血方具有较好的抗应激作用。Objective：To study the effects of the Bushen Huoxue on the kidney-yin deficiency mice anti-stress functionary,Method： Use of adrenal cortex hormone and adrenal with reserpine induced kidney-yin deficiency mice model.Observed the effects of Bushen Huoxue on the kidney-yin deficiency mice in hypoxia,fatigue,low temperature and high temperature.Results：Bushen Huoxue prolonged the kidney kidney-yin deficiency mice hypoxia and swimming time,allows kidney-yin deficiency mice at low temperatures and high temperature environment to extend survival time.Conclusion：Huoxue Bushen has good anti-stress effect.
