摘　　要：目的:为了寻求一种既符合病历书写规范要求又方便快捷的剖宫产术后护理记录方法。方法:将70例剖宫产术后患者的护理记录按不同记录书写方式分为两种,并随机按不同记录方式分为实验组31例和对照组32例,实验组采取表格式产(术)后护理记录单书写护理记录;对照组采取非表格式产后护理记录单书写记录,比较两组在术后首次护理记录及出院小结记录这一时段的平均耗用时间的比较。结果:在不影响表达内容的前提下,实验组书写时间明显短于对照组,两组比较具极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:使用表格式产后护理记录单能够缩短书写记录的时间,提高工作的效率和质量。Objective：In order to find a written history is in line with regulatory requirements and convenient method of nursing records after cesarean section.Method：70 cases of cesarean section will be the nursing records of patients with different ways to write two types of records and randomly divided into different experimental groups recorded 31 cases and 32 cases of control group,form taken by the experimental group production （operation）after a single written record of nursing care records;control group of non-table format to write a single record of post-natal care records,comparing the two groups after the first time in the nursing records and discharge summary record of this time period the average consumption comparison.Result：Without prejudice to the premise of the contents of expression,time to wite the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,two groups with significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The use of post-natal care record format can be shortened to write a single record time,improve work efficiency and quality of job.
