摘　　要：三级管输入输出特性是电子元器件最基本的特性之一,在电子测量的教学实验过程中用现有仪器对其进行测量,可加深学生对三极管性能的认识,增强学生设计、组织实验的能力,提高对示波器、阶梯波电压发生器、电压表、电流表等仪器的使用能力。The input and output characteristics of transistor are the main characteristics of electronic elements. To measure these characteristics with existing instruments is good for students to deepen their understanding about transistor performance, enhance their ability to design and perform tests, as well as the ability to use oscillograph, step wave voltage generator, voltage meter, current meter and so on.
