摘　　要：介绍了小区物业管理系统的系统设计、数据库设计和关键技术.其功能模块包括房产设置、客户资料设置、费用项目设置、收费管理、行政人事、报表查询、社区管理、辅助功能和系统设置等.选择开发工具为PowerBuilder10.0,后台数据库采用SQLServer 2000.运行结果显示,该系统比同类系统功能更完善、使用更方便.This paper introduces system design,database design and key technologits of property management. Its functional modules include the setting up house property, setting up customer information, setting of costs, management fees, administrative personnel, statements inquiries, community management, support function and system setup,and so on. The tool of development is PowerBuilder10.0 and SQLServer 2000. The result shows that the function of the system is better and more convenient than the similar system.
