摘 要:目的回顾性分析宿州市立医院泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体培养及耐药情况,建立本地区支原体耐药谱,指导临床合理用药。方法采用郑州博赛生物技术股份有限公司提供的支原体培养鉴定及药敏试剂盒进行检测。结果903例标本中检出336例支原体(37.2%),其中解脲支原体(Uu)278例(82.7%),解脲支原体合并人型支原体(Uu+Mh)53例(15.8%),人型支原体(Mh)5例(1.5%);总药敏趋势表明交沙霉素、强力霉素敏感性较高且较稳定,其次为美满霉素,四环素敏感呈增强趋势,左氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、罗红霉素敏感率最低;不同型别支原体对抗菌药物敏感性亦不同。结论Uu与Mh引起的泌尿生殖道感染多重耐药严重,应加强支原体药敏检测,根据药敏结果合理用药,无条件进行药敏检测时,宜根据本地区支原体的耐药谱选择药物,以有效控制支原体传播和蔓延。Objective To make a retrospective analysis of Myeoplasma cultivation and drug resistance in genito-urinary tract infeetion patients, establish regional Myeoplasmal resistanee spectrum, and guide rational clinical drug use. Methods Myeoplasma euhivation,identifieation and drug sensitivity test were performed with the kit from Zhengzhou Bosai Bioteehnology Co. , Ltd.. Results 336 of 903 eases were deteeted Myeoplasma,the deteetion rate was 37.2% ; myeoplasma urealytium(Uu) ,278 eases, 82.7% ; myeoplasma urealytium ineorporated with Myeoplasma hominis (Uu + Mh),53 eases, 15.8% ; Myeoplasma hominis (Mh) ,5 eases, 1.5%. Susceptibility test showed that: Myeoplasma is more sensitive to Josamyein and doxyeyeline, following is Minoeyeline, and Levofloxaein, Ofloxaein, Ciprofloxaein is the lowest. Different types of Myeoplasma show distinct antibioties sensitivity. Conclusion To effeetively control the propagation and the spread of Myeoplasma, it is important to use drug rationally according to susceptibility test.
