摘　　要：目的针对血液透析器复用的不良反应,结合黄山市人民医院血液净化中心透析器复用存在的问题,实行安全管理。方法以卫生部《血液透析器复用操作规范》为指导,加强血液透析器复用规范化培训,制定复用透析器使用操作方法。结果无一例院内感染病例及消毒剂不良反应发生。结论科学的管理,体现了以人为本,安全第一的原则。Objective To discuss the safety control of blood dialyzer reusing by analysis of the existing problems in the blood purification center of our hospital. Methods Taking ＂Blood Dialyzer Multiplying Operating condition＂ constituted by The Mnistry of Health as the instruction, strengthening blood dialyzer resuing standardization training, formulating dialyzer reusing operating regulations. Results No nosocomial infection case was found. No case showed untoward reaction to the disinfectant. Conclusion The scientific management can increase the safety of blood dialyzer reusing and decrease adverse reaction.
