提高乳腺癌患者PICC置管舒适度的研究

摘　　要：目的提高乳腺癌PICC置管患者的舒适度。方法对应用PICC置管的乳腺癌患者进行系统护理干预,观察和评价PICC置管过程中患者舒适度。选取2007年8月-2008年12月行PICC置管的患者100例,按照置管先后顺序将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采取常规护理,实验组制定一套舒适护理措施,评估两组患者在PICC置管前焦虑情绪和置管过程中的舒适度。结果经过一系列护理干预后,实验组患者在置管前焦虑情绪显著低于对照组,置管过程中,在疼痛、置管成功率上与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),舒适度高于对照组。结论一套有效的系统护理措施能提高乳腺癌PICC置管患者的舒适度。Objective To study the effect of systemic nursing in enhancing the comfort of breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheters（PICC） intubation. Methods 100 cases with breast cancer from Aug. 2007 to Dec. 2008 were randomly separated into 2 groups（ n = 50, each）. A systemic nursing procedure aimed at comfort degree of patients with PICC intubation was performed in the experimental group, a traditional nursing procedure was carried out in the contrast group. The score of anxiety before intubation and degree of comfort after intuhation were observed and recorded. Results The score of anxiety in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the contrast group（ P 〈0.01 ）. And the degree of comfort in the experimental group was significantly higher, with a lessened pain feeling and a higher successful rate of intubation （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion A systemic nursing procedure aimed at comfort degree of patients with PICC intubation is benefit to patients of breast cancer.
