彩色多普勒超声引导经皮肺穿刺活检临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术对肺周围性病变的诊断价值及安全性。方法彩色多普勒超声引导下,以美国巴德穿刺活检枪对62例肺周围性病变经皮肺穿刺活检,统计其诊断准确率及并发症的发生率。结果62例均获取合格的组织标本,穿刺成功率100%。62例中59例得以确诊,确诊率95.2%。其中恶性病变41例,良性病变18例。并发症4例,其中气胸2例,痰中带血1例,诱发支气管哮喘1例。结论彩色多普勒超声引导经皮肺穿刺活检术是一种安全可靠、方便有效的诊断技术,具有定位准确,确诊率高,并发症少的特点。Objective To evaluate clinical value and security of percutaneous lung puncture biopsy guided by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Guided by color Doppler ultrasound,the percutaneous lung biopsy were performed in 62 eases of pulmonary peripheral lesions with the United States Bard biopsy gun. The diagnostic accuracy and the incidence of complications were analyzed. Results The qualified tissue samples were obtained in all 62 cases,and the successful rate of puncture was 100%. Fifty nine of 62 cases were diagnosed conformably with a diagnosis rate of 95.2%. 41 cases were with malignant lesions,18 cases with benign lesions. 4 cases of complications included 2 pneumothorax, 1 bloody sputum, and 1 induced bronchial asthma. Conclusion Pereutaneous lung puncture biopsy guided by color Doppler ultrasound is a safe, reliable, convenient and effective diagnostic techniques with accurate positioning, high rate of diagnosis and less complications.
