B-Lynch及其改良缝合法治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血15例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨B-Lynch及其改良缝合法用于剖宫产时宫缩乏力性产后出血的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析怀远县中医院自2002年12月-2008年12月间在剖宫产术中因宫缩乏力性产后出血的15例患者,行B-Lynch及其改良缝合法救治效果。结果14例成功保留了子宫,术后恶露排出正常,随访产后1月、2月B超子宫形态恢复正常,行经时月经正常,其中4例已再次妊娠足月剖宫产分娩,术中未发现异常;仅一例效果不良,患者出现休克,行子宫次全切除。结论B-Lynch及其改良缝合法作为外科技术简单、安全、可靠,无明显并发症,可保留子宫及生育能力。Objective To investigate the effect of B-Lynch and reformed B-Lynch suture on treating post-partum hemorrhage with atony in cesarean. Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the curative effect of the B-Lynch and reformed B-Lynch suture technique in 15 patients of postpartum hemorrhage with uterine atony form December 2002 to December 2008. Results Uterus were reserved successfully in 14 cases, the lochia was normal after operation. The follow-up of 1 to 2 months shows that the uterus became normal checked by B-ultrasonic and the menstruation was normal. 4 cases had successful pregnancies and term cesarean again. The subtotal hysterectomy was performed only in one case with shock in delivery. Conclusion B-Lynch suture and reformed B-Lynch suture are simple, safe and effective surgical technique for post-partum hemorrhage with atony in cesarean. It has the advantage of preserving the uterus and thus fertility.
