农村老年高血压患者遵医行为的调查分析

摘　　要：目的旨在了解农村老年高血压患者遵医行为的现状,并给予针对性的护理干预,提高患者的遵医行为。方法采用专门制定的调查表,调查影响农村老年高血压患者遵医行为的因素及遵医行为状态,并给予针对性的护理干预后发放相同的问卷再次进行调查。结果针对影响农村老年患者遵医行为的主要因素进行护理干预后,患者的遵医行为明显提高,前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可改善患者的遵医行为,提高生存质量。Objective To explore the behavior of medical compliance in the old age patients with hypertension in countryside, and improve the patient＇ s behavior. Methods Special questionnaire was used to investigate the factors that impact the behavior of medical compliance in the old age patients with hypertension in countryside. After special nursing intervention, the same questionnaire was performed once more. Results After the special nursing intervention,the patients＇ behavior improved significantly （P 〈0.05 ）. Conelnsion Special nursing intervention may improve the patient to obey the medical behavior, and enhance the survival quality.
