摘　　要：了解促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EPO)在临床实践中的应用现状,探索和开发其在临床实践中的新使用途径。通过检索国内外最近几年有关EPO临床应用的文献报道得知,随着人们对EPO研究的不断深入,发现它具有促红细胞生成、抗炎症反应、抗细胞凋亡、保护细胞、增强免疫功能等许多种生物学功能,并引起了人们对它极大的研究兴趣。EPO作为一种多效能细胞因子,在众多系统及器官中均有作用靶点,这将为EPO在临床具有潜在的广泛的应用前景提供理论依据。To comprehend the applied status quo, explore and develop new using ways of erythropoietin （EPO） in clinical practice, we retrieved the recent papers on the clinical application of EPO both at home and abroad. As the study upon EPO continued, many biological functions of EPO which has evoked people＇ s great interest in study bad been discovered, such as promoting erythropoiesis, anti-inflammatory response, anti-apoptosis, protective cell and enhancement immune function and so on. In almost all the systems and organs, EPO, as a multi-functional cell factor, has targets. It provides theoretical evidences for EPO that it had a potential and wide applicational perspective in clinic.
