不同方药对胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的观察传统方药六味地黄汤、四君子汤、二陈汤和血府逐瘀汤对胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠血脂的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂对照组、高脂补肾组、高脂健脾组、高脂化痰组、高脂祛瘀组。采用高脂饲料喂养造模,然后分别予以不同方药灌胃治疗2w,观察模型大鼠空腹血糖、血浆胰岛素、甘油三酯和胆固醇水平等指标的变化。结果血糖值的变化表现为高脂对照组、高脂祛瘀组较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);血浆胰岛素水平变化表现为高脂对照组和高脂祛瘀组均较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.05);高脂化痰组和高脂祛瘀组的甘油三酯数值均较正常对照组下降明显(P<0.01);高脂化痰组的血浆胆固醇数值亦较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论传统方药六味地黄汤、四君子汤和二陈汤均有较好的降糖效果,血府逐瘀汤降糖效果则不甚明显。另外六味地黄汤、二陈汤和血府逐瘀汤均有较好的降低甘油三脂的功能,其中二陈汤降低血脂和胆固醇方面的疗效尤为突出。Objective To observe the impacts of traditional herbal fmlnulas on blood lipid in insulin resistance model rats,including Liu Wei Di Huang Tang,Si Jun Zi Tang,Er Chen Tang and Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang. Methods Wistar rats were randomized into normal control group, high lipid control group, high - lipid kidney tonic group, high - lipid spleen strengthening group, high - lipid phlegm resolving group and high - lipid stasis elimination group. The model was prepared by feeding high - lipid forage. Gastric infusion was given with different formulas in treatment for 2 weeks. Afterwards, the changes were observed in the levels of fasting blood glucose, plasma insulin, triglyeeride （TG）and cholesterol. Results The level of blood glucose increased apparently in high - lipid control group and high - lipid stasis elimination group compared with that in normal control group（ P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of plasma insulin decreased significantly in high - lipid control group and high - lipid stasis elimination group compared with that in normal control group（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The level of TG in high - lipid phlegm resolviug group and high - lipid stasis elimination group reduced apparently compared with normal control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. The level of plasma cholesterol in high - lipid phlegm resolving group reduced apparently compared with normal control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Liu Wei Di Huang Tang,Si Jun Zi Tang and Er Chen Tang have good action on reducing glucose. Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang does not reduce glucose apparently. Additionally, Liu Wei Di Huang Tang, Er Chen Tang and Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang have quite good effect on reducing TG, in which, Er Chen Tang is especially good at reducing blood lipid and cholesterol.
