两周程序康复在急性心肌梗死合并心功能不全患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨两周程序康复对急性心肌梗死(AMl)合并心功能不全康复治疗的作用。方法对23例AMI合并心功能不全的患者进行两周程序康复。结果全部病例均顺利完成康复程序。随访8～12个月,多数患者能生活自理,并不同程度地参加家务活动或轻松工作。结论对有轻度心功能不全的AMI患者慎重采用两周康复方案是可行的、有效的,但要掌握好病例选择标准和个体化原则。Objective To investigate the effects Of two week＇s proceding rehabilitate therogy on the acute myocardial infarction （AMI） with Cardiacdysfuction patients. Methods The two week, s proceding rehabilitate therapy in 23 MAI with cardiaedysfuetion patients. Results All of the eases can successfully complement the theropy. In 8 to 12 months, majoy of patients can care themselves and can take part in housework or job readily in diffirent degrees. Conclusion Our data has shown that the methods of two week, s rehabilitate theropy in patient with AMI with slight cardiacdysfuction is capable and effect, but we should master the criterion of case choose and principle of personalization.
