摘　　要：目的探讨社区家庭访视对代谢综合征的防治效果。方法将220例代谢综合征患者随机分为家庭访视组和对照组各110例。家庭访视组由专职医务人员进行定期家庭访视,对照组不作干预。2年后比较干预前后两组间的相关指标。结果2年后家庭访视组患者的自我管理率、相关知识知晓率、药物治疗率、达标好转率、遵医行为均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);心脑血管并发症发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论实施社区家庭访视是代谢综合征防治的一种行之有效的方法。Objective To investigate the community of family visits on the control of metabolic syndrome. Methods 220 cases of patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into groups and families visiting the 110 eases of the control group. Home visits by the full - time medical staff carry out regular home visits, non - intervention control group. 2 years before and after intervention between the two groups of relevant indicators. Results The results of 2 years after the home visiting group of patients the rate of self - management, knowledge awareness, drug treatment rates, improved cornplianee rates, compliance was significantly better than the control group （ all P 〈 0. 01 ） ; eardio - eerebrovaseular complication rate significantly lower than the conventional group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Condusion Depending on the implementation of community - based home visiting prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome is an effective method.
