摘 要:在孤立电网中,例如风-柴油互补发电系统,相对高的风电穿透功率能够在很大程度上降低燃料消耗,节约运行成本,但是,风力发电机输出的随机功率扰动给系统带来电压和频率的变化,会对系统稳定性造成相当大的影响。建立了多极永磁同步风力发电机与柴油同步发电机的数学模型,用PSCAD/EMTDC对永磁同步风力发电机与柴油发电机供电的风-柴油互补发电系统进行了仿真和分析。仿真和分析结果表明:基于多极永磁同步风力发电机的风-柴油互补发电系统可以依靠柴油发电机的调节系统实现较高的风电穿透功率和良好的动态性能。In isolated power systems, such as a wind-diesel hybrid generation, a relatively high penetration of wind energy can significantly offset the costly fuel generally. It is quite evident that limitations in the wind energy and its intermittent behavior degrade the system stability due to voltage and frequency variations. The analysis and simula- tion results of the small isolated wind-diesel hybrid system composed of a wind turbine with PMSG connected to an AC bus-bar in parallel with a diesel generator set having a synchronous generator are presented,including the mathematical model of diesel generating sets with excitation system and governor system and the model of a wind conversion system with PMSG. Simulation results based on PSCAD/EMTDC show that the wind-diesel generation using multi-pole PMSG has a high wind power penetration as well as good dynamic characteristics.
