摘 要:目的体外测试骨膜下种植体-磁性修复体全口义齿的固位力与稳定性,为其临床应用提供指导。方法采用电子万能测试机分别测定骨膜下种植体-磁性修复体全口义齿和对照组Magfit EX600磁性附着体全口义齿在垂直向和三个旋转方向的磁性固位力值。结果骨膜下种植体-磁性修复体全口义齿和Magfit EX600磁性附着体全口义齿在垂直向的磁性固位力均明显大于旋转向,在旋转方向均是前方固位力>侧方>后方,Magfit EX600组在各方向的固位力值均略大于骨膜下种植体-磁性修复体。结论实验组的骨膜下种植体-磁性修复体系统有助于增强全口义齿的固位与稳定,磁性固位力没有Magfit EX600大,但能满足临床需求,且有其独特的优点。Objective To study the retentive forces and stability of the subperiosteal implant-magnetic restoration of complete denture in vitro tests, so as to provide guidance for clinical application. Methods Electronic universal testing machine was used to measure the magnetic retentive force value of the subperiosteal implant-magnetic denture and the control group Magfit EX600 magnetic attachment denture in the vertical and three rotational directions. Results The magnetic force of subperiosteal implant-magnetic denture and Magfit EX600 magnetic attachment denture in the vertical were significantly greater than the spin, the retention in the direction of the forward rotation 〉 side 〉 backward. The retention of the magfit EX600 group in all directions were slightly larger than the value of subperiosteal implant-magnetic denture. Conclusion The experimental group subperiosteal implant-magnetic repair system can enhance the denture retention and stability, no better than Magfit EX600 in the magnetic retentive forces, but can meet the clinical demand and has its unique advantages.
