溶血、脂血、黄疸对HBsAg胶体金法检测的影响

摘　　要：目的测试溶血、脂血、黄疸对HBsAg胶体金法检测的影响。方法将不同程度溶血、脂血、黄疸HBsAg含量为5ng/ml的标本用HBsAg胶体金法进行检测,同时将HBsAg含量为5ng/ml、2.5ng/ml溶血、脂血、黄疸三项指标正常的标本作为对照,通过仪器检测OD值来比较三者对检测结果的影响。结果TBiL为80mmol/L、TBiL为160mmol/L和TG为2.56mmol/L,HBsAg含量为5ng/ml的标本对HBsAg胶体金法检测影响不明显(P>0.05);TG为3.68mmol/L,HBsAg含量为5ng/ml的标本对HBsAg胶体金法检测影响较明显(P<0.05);Hb为5g/L、10g/L和20g/LHBsAg含量为5ng/ml的标本对HBsAg胶体金法检测影响显著(P<0.01)。结论溶血和严重脂血对HBsAg胶体金法检测的影响较大。黄疸对HBsAg胶体金法检测的影响不明显。Objective To observe the influences of hemolysis,blood lipid, jaundice on HBsAg detection. Methods Different degree of hemolysis, blood lipid, jaundice HBsAg content of the specimens 5ng/ml colloidal gold with HBsAg detec- tion method, at the same time, HBsAg content 5ng/ml, 2.5ng/ml hemolysis, blood lipid, jaundice three specimens of normal indicators As a control, through the detection apparatus to compare the influces on OD values of three test results. Results TBiL to 80mmoL/L, TBiL to 80mmol/L and TG to 2.56retooL/L, HBsAg content of the specimens 5ng/ml colloidal gold on the HBsAg assay no significant effect （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; TBiL to 80mmol/L, TG for the 3.68mmoL/L, HBsAg content of the specimens 5ng/ml colloidal gold on the HBsAg assay the impact of the more obvious （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Hb to 5g/L, 10g/L and 20g/LHBsAg content 5ng/ml specimens of HBsAg the impact of colloidal gold assay significantly（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Hemolysis and severe blood lipid colloidal gold on the HBsAg assay the impact of larger, jaundice of HBsAg detection of colloidal gold is not obvious.
