摘　　要：目的观察大鼠心内神经节白介素-6的表达。方法用免疫组织化学方法观察大鼠心内神经节白介素-6(IL-6)阳性神经元的存在。结果显示雌、雄大鼠心房后壁心内神经节均存在IL-6免疫阳性神经元,散在分布于心内神经节,细胞多为圆形或卵圆形,以小及中型为主。结论提示IL-6在心内神经节的存在,为神经免疫网络在心脏的存在提供了形态学依据。Objective To observe the expression of rats＇cardiac ganglia of interleukin-6 （IL-6）. Methods Using immunohistochemical staining technique to study the existence of interleukin-6（IL-6） positive neurons in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of rats. Results Interleukin-6 immunoreactive cells exist in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of the posterior wall of atria of male and female rats. The cells were mainly oval or round in shape, small and middle in size and distributed scatteredly in the ganglia. Conclusion The result provided a morphologic evidence for the existence of neuro-immune network in the heart due to the IL-6 positive cells in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia.
