摘  要:目的优选止嗽方中水提组的最佳工艺。方法以牛蒡苷的含量和浸膏得率为综合指标,采用L9(3)4正交试验对提取工艺进行优选,考察了加水量、煎煮时间及煎煮次数3个因素对牛蒡苷提取量的影响。结果优化后的提取条件为加水煎煮3次,加水量分别为10倍、6倍、6倍量,每次1.5h。结论优选后的提取工艺合理、质量稳定,对应用于大批量生产有指导意义。Objective To explore the optimum extracting process by water for Zhisoufang. Methods With the content of arctinin and dry extract rate as the detecting indices. The orthogonal experiment table L9 (3)^4was taken for the optimization to investigate three factors, adding water quantity , decoction time and decoction times. Results The optimum extracting conditions for zhisoufang were as follows: addingl0,6,6 times amounts of water to decoct 3 times, about 1.5 hours each time. Conclusion The optimum technics is reasonable and stable, can be meaningfully applied in mass production.
