免疫营养对术后小鼠肠功能障碍影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术前免疫营养对小鼠肠切除术后早期肠功能障碍的影响。方法将80只小鼠随机分为4组，每组20只。术前分别给予瑞能肠内免疫营养支持3d、5d、7d及常规饮食准备。继即在小肠部分切除术24h后，行炭末灌胃，以炭末在小鼠小肠内的推进率为观察指标进行比较。结果肠内免疫营养3d、5d及7d各组炭末推进率与常规准备组比较，差异有统计学意义。肠内免疫营养3d、5d、7d三组间炭末推进率差异无统计学意义。结论术前使用肠内免疫营养剂能明显改善小鼠肠切除术后早期小肠蠕动，但改善程度与使用时间无明显联系。Objective To explore the influence of preoperative enteral immune nutrition on the early stage intestinal malfunction after enterectomy in mice. Methods 80 mice were divided into 4 groups randomly, with 20 in each group, 3 group for treatment and 1 for control. Enteral immune nutrition was administered 3d,Sd,7d in the treating group and routine preoperative diet was given in control group. All the mice had intragastric administration of carbo medicinalis after enterectomy, intra - intestinal propulsive movement were measured and compared. Results There was significant difference of intra - intestinal propulsive movement in all the treating group compared with that in control group, while among the treating groups, the difference was not significant. Conclusions The preoperative enteral immune nutrition improves the intestinal movements in the early stage of entereetomy in mice, yet the degree of improvement is not correlated to the time of administering.
