手握试管法与常规法测定凝血时间的比较

摘　　要：为检测手握试管法与常规法测定凝血时间的差异，随机选择４０例门诊体检者和６３例住院病人，分别采用常规水浴箱试管法和手握试管法，并进行自身对照比较。结果：两种方法测定的凝血时间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。认为手握试管法可替代水浴箱试管法进行凝血时间测定，此法易于操作，简便实用。To compare the two methods determining the blood coagulation time,40 subjects received to physical examination and 63 inpatients were randomly selected and their blood coagulation time was determined with both routine tube-water bath and hand-holding tube methods by self-controlling.Results showed no significant difference between both,suggesting the hand-holding method may take the place of routine method.The former is simple and practical.
