绝经后妇女骨质疏松症治疗方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的一种最佳方法。方法:对161例绝经后妇女患骨质疏松症的患者进行艾本、考克和雷洛昔芬联合治疗一周,观察其骨痛缓解情况及骨密度改善情况。结果:骨痛缓解率达99.4%。骨密度于6个月时有效率达98.8%。治疗前骨密度为0.4669±0.04,治疗后6个月时为0.7649±0.06,两者有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:艾本、考克、雷洛昔芬三药联合应用治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症是一种用药时间短、维持时间长、效果可靠的一种方法。Objective： Discussing one kind of the best approach in curing menopause queen woman osteoporosis. Method： The density carrying out ＂Sodium Inbandronate Injection＂, ＂Salman Calcitonin lnjectionand＂and ＂Raloxifene Hydrochloride Tablets＂ on 161 example menopauses queens woman trouble osteoporosis patient allying self with the laxation condition and bone curing , observing ostalgia improves condition. Result： Ostalgia laxation rate 99.4%, has efficiency time bone density 6 months 98.8%, There＇s significant difference before and after treatment （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： That ＂Sodium Inbandronate injection＂, ＂Salman Calcitonin Injectionand＂ and ＂Raloxifene Hydrochloride Tablets＂ three medicine unity applies the osteoporosis in curing the menopause queen woman is a reliable method.
