生物蛋白胶在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟疝手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:总结生物蛋白胶在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟疝手术中应用的经验体会。方法:采用静脉复合麻醉,足高位。于脐孔处置观察孔,在患侧疝内环口体表投影处穿刺进针,行高位结扎疝囊,收紧缝线前疝囊内注入生物蛋白胶1ml,收紧缝线、线结埋于皮下。结果:76例手术均获得成功,无1例中转手术。结论:将生物蛋白胶应用在腹腔镜手术中,使腹腔镜小儿疝手术更加完美。Objective： To research the application of biological albumin glue in child groin hernia during laparoscope surgeD.. Method： Taking vein combined anesthesia, upraise the feet. Setting an observation hole in navel position, puncturing the needle in the projection shadow position of the hernia inner loop, high position ligature of hernia sac, injecting I ml biological albumin glue into the hernia sac before tightening the catgut, tightening the catgut, interring the knot under the skin. Result. 76 cases were all succeeded and no transit surgery. Conclusion： The application of biological albumin glue in laparoscope surgery perfects the child groin hernia laparoscope surgery.
