早期快速诊断小儿柯萨奇B组病毒感染的研究

摘　　要：早期快速诊断小儿柯萨奇Ｂ组病毒（ＣＢＶ）感染。方法采用酶联免疫吸附（ＥＬＩＳＡ）方法，检测１１２例疑似ＣＢＶ感染的新生儿血清中ＣＢＶＩｇＭ抗体。同时将ＥＬＩＳＡ方法与病毒分离法进行比较。结果１１２例疑似ＣＢＶ感染新生儿血清中ＣＢＶＩｇＭ阳性６８例，阳性率６０７１％；ＥＬＩＳＡ方法与病毒分离法比较阳性符合率９２６５％，阴性符合率９７７３％。Objective The purpose of this study is to diagnose children coxsackievirus B(CBV) infection early and rapidly.Methods Using Elisa method we detected IgM antibody of 112 neonates who suspectably suffured from CBV infection meantime,we compared Elisa method with virus isolation method.Results The results showed that 68(68 71%) of 112 were positive.By elisa method and virus isolution method positive incidence was 92 65%,negative incidece being 97 73%.Conclusion Elisa method could be used to diagnose children CBV infection.
