低温保持黄瓜花粉萌发力试验初报

摘　　要：进行了低温保持黄瓜花粉萌发力试验,以探索黄瓜花粉的最佳冷藏温度和有效冷藏时间。试验结果表明,10℃的条件下贮藏120h内可保持黄瓜花粉的有效萌发力。The experiment to keep the germinating ability of cucumber pollen in 10w temperature was carried on, in order to find optimum storage temperature and effective storage time. The result showed that the germinating ability of cucumber pollen could be kept up to 120 h under 10℃.
