摘 要:以城市垃圾焚烧飞灰(以下简称焚烧飞灰,MSWI)为主要原料,在实验室电炉里成功烧成了阿利尼特水泥熟料,分析了焚烧飞灰掺量、石灰饱和系数(KH)、硅铝比(a)和镁含量(m)对阿利尼特水泥熟料烧成的影响,并研究了阿利尼特水泥的适宜煅烧温度,以及熟料显微结构特征。研究结果表明:生料配料中垃圾焚烧飞灰掺量约为30%,并控制0.95≤KH≤1.05、4.0≤a≤5.0、2.0≤m≤3.0时可制得优质阿利尼特水泥熟料;阿利尼特水泥熟料适宜煅烧温度为1200℃;熟料显微结构呈疏松多孔状,且阿利尼特矿物呈葡萄状颗粒聚集。Municipal Solid Waste Incinerator (MSWI) fly ash was used as raw materials in sintering Alinite cement clinker in the laboratory. The influence of lime saturation factor (KH), ratio of silica to alumina (a), magnesium content (m) and the amount of MSWI fly ash on the sintering were analyzed. The best sintefing temperature and the microstructure of the clinker were studied too. The results showed that the Alinite cement clinker could be well sintered if the raw meal modulus were kept as 0.95≤KH≤1.05, 4.0≤a≤5.0, 2.0≤m≤5.0, and the MSWI fly ash mixing amount was about 30% in raw materials. It could be sintered properly at a temperature of 1200℃ and the microstructure was loose and laeunaris.
