异丙醇镧铝水解工艺参数对胶体性质的影响

摘  要:影响醇盐水解过程的各种因素对胶体颗粒的形成与性质起着重要作用。工艺参数对镧铝醇盐水解过程、胶体颗粒的形成和胶体的性质的有很大影响。本文对pH值、油酸等影响因素对镧铝醇盐水解、缩聚和凝胶过程,进行了较详细的探讨,并对其形成机理做了初步研究,并得到相应结果。Technical parameters of the alkoxide hydrolyzing process exert decisive effects on the colloid particle formation. In this work La, Al together reacted directly with isopropyl alcohol with AlCl3 as catalyst. Then hydrolyte colloid was obtained by hydrolysis of their isopropoxide. The factors and the correlation theories, the process of isopropoxides hydrolysis, condensation and gelating process, pH value and oleic acid were investigated in detail. The experimental result indicated that, with increase of isopropoxides, the super saturation of hydrolyte will format more nucleuses, instead of nuclear growth, so colloid particles tend to aggregate easily. Contrarily, super saturation of hydrolyte will decrease; it is good for growth of colloid particle and avoiding to their aggregation. When pH value is less than 7, it can reduce the hydrolysis speed. The low pH value may cause the hydrolysis incompletely. Its viscosity is high and the particle is very fine. Their structures are porous. When the pH value is more than 7, the hydrolysis speed can be accelerated. If the pH value is high, it will be out of control, its viscosity is very high, its sol is cellular texture, and the carboxyl of oleic acid can link with the metal oxides. It will open the bond connected loosely and enable the colloid internal structures to tend to the loose cellular texture or the branch structures.
