消毒剂使用期间抑菌、灭菌性能及污染监测

摘　　要：应用微生物检验法，对化学消毒剂在使用期间的抑菌、灭菌性能改变及污染情况进行了监测。结果：０２％醋酸洗必泰、器械消毒液抑菌性能较差，在口腔科门诊不宜广泛使用；０５％碱性戊二醛、０２％过氧乙酸、０５％碘伏，具有良好的灭菌性能；各种消毒剂随使用时间延长，其抑菌性能逐渐减弱，被污染情况逐渐加重，在第７天十分明显。建议：选用性能稳定的消毒剂，且消毒剂使用时间不宜超过３天。Microbioassay is used to monitor the changes of bacteriostatice and sterilization abilities and recontamination during the use of chemical disinfectant.The result showed that the bacteriostatice effect of 0.2% hibitane acetate and sterile pack fluid were not effective,and they should not be widely used in the dental department.On the other side,0.5% alkaline glutaric dialdehyde,0.2% peracetic acid and 0.5% Iodophor are proved effective.With the time passed,sterilization ability of the monitored disinfectant failed and the condition of recontamination getting severe especially in the 7th day.Use of stable disinfectant is suggested,and it is proved not safe to use over 3 days,in case of Preventing noso comial infection.
