摘　　要：通过对某院48个临床、医技科室医疗质量管理现状进行调查,发现在科室管理、核心制度落实、运行病历书写、"三基三严"、医技质量等方面不同程度的存在一些问题,针对问题提出改进建议。The article Investigate the status of medical quality control in 48 clinic departments and medical technology departments of some hospital, but finding that there are also some problems existed on manengement, medical record, basis of medical knowlege and quality of medical technology departments, then give some suggestions to improve medical quality.
