摘　　要：利用三维特征造型技术实现了链轮滚刀基本蜗杆法向齿形与轴向齿形的图形转换,为精铲刀廓形的精确设计提供了依据。阐述了链轮滚刀精铲刀廓形公式表达的意义和常用方法。应用TableCurve 2D拟合了链轮滚刀精铲刀的廓形,并就离散结点的密度和拟合曲线的保形性问题进行了讨论。Precise design for the profile of precise relieving cutter is presented. By using the functions of 3D feature modeling, graphic transformation for normal profile and axial profile of basic worm of sprocket hob is achieved. The meaning of mathematical expression and the common methods for the profile of precise relieving cutter for sprocket hob are expounded. The profile curve of precise relieving cutter for sprocket hob is fitted by using the TableCurve 2D software. Moreover, the density of discrete points and the shape preservation of the fitting curve are also discussed.
