摘  要:概述了线切割加工模具表面变质层的形成机理与显微组织,介绍了其表面残余应力、抗疲劳强度、显微硬度和耐磨性等力学性能,分析了变质层表面显微裂纹的产生原因与影响因素,并提出相应的处理方法,增强模具表面的抗疲劳强度,以及预防与改善显微裂纹的技术措施,提高模具的加工质量与使用寿命。The formed mechanism and micro-structure of the surface modification-lay on wire cut EDM for die & mould were summarised.The mechanical property of surface residual stress, resistance to fatiage property, micro-hardness, wear-resistance are introduced. Formation result and effect factor of micro-crack on modification - lay surface were analysed. Treatment means to increase resistance of fatiage property for die & mould surface were presented. The technical measure of preventive and improved for micro-crack , machine quality and service life of die & mould were improved.
