摘　　要：设计了一种基于CAN总线的带式输送机监控系统,利用监控主机对检测数据的处理分析,实现了带式输送机故障的在线检测和系统实时监控。同时带式输送机监控系统通过对带式输送机电气系统的联锁控制,能够有效地对带式输送机及相关设备进行保护。The belt conveyor monitoring system based on the CAN bus has been designed. It is useful to obtaining and analysising the tested data online through the host computer, which is helpful to examing the belt machine faults online. The interlocking control of belt conveyor monitoring system is used to protect the belt conveyor and correlational equipments. The effectiveness has been tested by simulation.
