摘　　要：当采面结束回收带式输送机设备时,巷道面貌差,设备体积大,无法现场正常拆卸和运出,只能把体积较大的部件用钢锯锯成多块,回收升井到地面工厂后再复位焊接成型,此举破坏了带式输送机的机械性能,降低设备的技术指标,通过改造使设备,在回收过程中各部件可顺利拆除,无需用钢锯再锯,确保设备不损坏,提高设备复用率。Facing the recovery of belt conveyor equipment,can effectively remove the normal transport, only use hacksaw is divided into several small pieces,recycling liters wells to reset the factory,the way welding material damage mechanics properties of the belt conveyor, reducing equipment the main technical indexes.Through the reform,no damage to the equipment,improve equipment performance reusability.
